plan fails.

i did told myself before," dont be jealous with friends twho are travelling around the world while studying , coz i can travel more than them after I completed my study". It all happened before Malaysia Airlines System becomes Malaysia Airlines Berhad.

This is because Malaysia Airlines Berhad Engineering Services will not give 'travel benefit' to their employee anymore. Only those working with Malaysia Airlines Opertaion will get it .At the same time, they compensate it with some allowance .

No matter what, I still feel the air ticket benefit worth more. Hope that when I establish, I gotta chance to work with Airlines Operation . I need the ticket to explore the world. Travelling around the world always in my dream. one of the reason I run coz I luv travel ..

Waterfront Suria KLCC

Hi all...

Last Thursday,I went to KLCC park for boot camp training. I reached the area one hour early. Then just sat around the waterfront while waiting. Surprisingly, I went there few times for running purposes but only this times I realised that the waterfront has really given a good show to everyone who sitting around it. The show is with music,consider one of the romantic area in town. If u guys have extra times during weekend,just go there n enjoy the show. Suggested to go at night.I bet u won't regret. Kebangkitan

      Semalam pergi Great Eastern Running clinic,lepas tu pergi makan dengan team athlete circle pulak. Masa kat kedai tu, kena brainwash pulak dengan team manger dan head trainer. 

     Macam2 telah dibincangkan mengenai kecederaan dan rancangan masa depan mengenai lari aku ni. mengenai teknik , masalah , recovery process dan lain2.

    Sememamng nya aku dah ada plan nak berhenti lari sampai kaki aku ni elok. mungkin akan ambik masa dalam 2 atau 3 bulan. tapi aku x kisah lah sangat sebab tak ada race.

   Tapi semalam, kata2 meraka buat aku naik semangat balik untuk terus strengthen muscle2 kaki ni agar cepat sikit baik. Cadence dan cara breathing anda perkara yang perlu ditekankan masa pergi gym. 

        Cadence yang efficient ialah 90 per min dan 3/2 cara breathing tuk training aku ngan mesin yang diberi nama 'elliptical'..Mesin yang cam simulasi lari.


 
Ni nama dye ellitical. boleh dijumpai kat gym.
kalau ada duit lebih,boleh beli simpan kat rumah.




     So, kena lah replan balik pasal lari ni..hopefully Jan 2015 boleh lari balik dah...tu target yang mesti kena dapat. Sementara tu, assessment pulak kena push supaya dapat establish in time. Macam2 dugaan dan cabaran kena atasi. 

     Tiba2 rase penting lah kelas ' Stress Management' masa belajar kat Mrsm Bentong dulu. Tapi dah x ingt pape dah pasal tu..

Malacca River International Marathon 2014 Report

           Hello guys,another podium finishing(10th place) for me last Sunday. It just another lucky day for me. For this event,I ran Half Marathon only due to last minute registration. I was given one month to train for this. I know that this duration is not enough for me but I have to challenge myself this time. I can say the route is flat all the way,the hilly side only when we have to cross the river through the bridge. However, for my category started at 6.30am(delayed 15min) which is too late because Hot sun coming out soon..I finished about 8.30am, that time, the weather can boil an egg.lol..

Road to Malacca HM 2014

          At first memang dah x nak masuk race sebab dah nak puasa. Untuk apalah training penat2 tapi nanti bulan puasa rehat kaw2. Confirm fitness will back to zero. Tapi daftar jugak Malacca Half Marathon yang akan berlangsung 8 June 2014. Al-kisah nya masa pergi Sundown Malaysia 2014 Press Conference, Jolene Hong dan Edan Syah pulak ajak masuk event ni. So,rasa cam satu penghargaan pulak sebab diaorang ajak ni, hotel pun dah book,tinggal nak pergi ke x je lagi..Last2, daftar lah jugak..

     Matlamat aku kali ni sekurang-kurang nya nak lari 21km dalam masa kurang dari 1 Jam 30 min, tapi masih harap dapat padam rekod lama 1Jam 29min 02 saat. Minggu ini merupakan minggu persediaan terakhir, Recovery week. Tapi disebabkan aku dah ponteng training session aku masa weekend,harus lah diganti balik. Papapun kena work hard sampai rabu,selepas itu boleh lah rehat dan bersedia untuk acara yang bakal berlangsung pada 8 Jun 2014, ahad di Padang Pahlawan nanti.
